Gym was a success!
doorsthatsigh: My arms are going to be toast as soon as they regain feeling. I even fit in 25 minutes of cardio afterwards. I definitely did better than I thought I would and I pushed myself for sure. I feel great! And I even made a wicked tasty green smoothie with some whey. Feeling good about today (even if it was off to a rocky start emotionally)! (:
